How do I join?

Contact us to request a referral form and find out how long our waiting list is. You can ask your GP, counsellor, support worker, community psychiatric nurse (CPN) etc to fill in the assessment form.

Please note that at the moment we are only able to take new members who have personal budgets under the self-directed support system. Find out more.
