“SOWING SEEDS OF SANCTUARY”

A mental health gardening project’s experience of engaging with refugees and asylum seekers.

At the Welcome Centre, Nottingham St, Pitsmoor

On Thursday 8th December 7 - 9 pm

As part of our Ecominds-funded project, we will be showing the short film we have created. This DVD has been produced with the aim of aiding other organisations up and down the U.K who are seeking to provide similar support to extremely isolated, traumatised and vulnerable people.

We hope to show what has worked and what has not when attempting to use horticultural therapy as a tool for improving mental health.
